What we collect

When you use the inquiry form we collect what you type in: the occasion, number of guests, date, dietary needs, your name, phone number, optional email, town and any notes. We also record which page you sent the form from.

How it's used

Your inquiry is forwarded to a local chef so they can contact you about your menu and quote. We don't sell your information or add you to marketing lists.

Calls and email

Calls to (518) 765-7832 and emails to [email protected] may be routed to a local chef.
